Who Am I?
As I navigate my late 20s, I’m setting the foundation for the man I want to become. Life is unpredictable, what works for me now will inevitably change with time. But at the core of it all, my goal remains the same: to bring the best version of myself to every single day. To understand what strengthens me, what drains me, and what allows me to show up fully in my work, relationships, and personal ambitions.
My early 20s were anything but smooth. While many of my friends secured graduate schemes and seemed to have their futures neatly mapped out, I took a different path, one that was uncertain, unpredictable, and, at times, overwhelming. My instincts led me to pursue a PhD, but within a year, I realized it wasn’t for me. I moved on to a startup, eager for a challenge, only to find myself in an unsupportive and high-pressure environment. I left within a month.
That period of uncertainty was difficult. I faced months of unemployment, questioning where I was headed and whether I had made a mistake by not following a more conventional route. But with time, I found my footing. I joined a small company and thrived, but curiosity pushed me to explore what life at a larger, international company would be like. I made the switch, gained valuable experience, and just when I thought I was settling in, I was made redundant. It was a harsh lesson in the unpredictable nature of careers, but it was also a turning point. Within two months, I landed a role at a more stable, well-aligned company - one that felt right for me.
All of this happened within a three-year span. The ups, the downs, the uncertainty: it taught me more about resilience, self-trust, and career navigation than any textbook ever could. I learned how to recognize when something isn’t serving me, when to take a leap of faith, and when to stand firm in my worth. And now, I use that experience to help others. Whether you need guidance on crafting a compelling CV, navigating job transitions, or simply building the confidence to make the right career move, I offer insights that come from real-world experience, not theory.
But career growth is just one part of the equation. Over the past decade, I’ve also been on a personal journey - one of self-discovery, discipline, and mental clarity. I’ve experimented with all the personal development strategies you’ve heard about: waking up at 5 AM, running in freezing temperatures, cold showers, meditation, journaling, reading daily, the list goes on. Some of these habits have transformed me; others, I’ve left behind. What I’ve realized is that self-development isn’t about following trends or checking off a list of “successful” habits. It’s about understanding who you are at your core, what truly serves you, and what allows you to show up as your best self.
For me, mental clarity has always been the foundation. The ability to listen to my intuition, to trust my instincts, and to move forward with purpose, these are the things that have shaped my journey. I’m not perfect, and I never will be. But I’ve learned to embrace the process, and I know that there are others out there, people like you, who are on their own journey of figuring it all out.
I’m not here to give you a rigid blueprint for anything. I’m not a life coach, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. But if you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or in need of perspective, I can offer guidance. I can help you gain clarity, take action, and build the confidence to move in the direction that feels right for you.
Your path is yours to create. I’d love to help you take the next step.
